What should be expected

Terms of Service

Payment and Pricing:
a. The pricing for my services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.
b. A non-refundable deposit of 50% or 100% of the total price is required before I begin work on the commission.
c. Full payment for the commission is required after the competition of the sketch process.
d. If the scope of the project changes after the commission has started, the pricing may be adjusted accordingly.Timeline and Delivery:
a. I will provide an estimated timeline for completion of the commission before starting work.
b. If there are any delays or changes to the timeline, I will communicate them with you as soon as possible.
c. The final product will be delivered in a digital format, most likely 1920 x 1440 pixels. In case another size is required, it could be sent according to the client’s demand.
d. The original canvas size is often 6000 x 4500 px. If you want to work on something with a higher resolution, make sure to mention it in advance so the project don't have problems along the process.Rights and Usage:
a. I retain the rights to the artwork created during the commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless a commercial license has been discussed and agreed by both parties.
c. The client may not resell or redistribute the artwork without my written consent.
d. I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.Revisions and Refunds:
a. I will provide a round of revisions for each step according to the commission, unless I consider some revisions are needed before getting further progress. The work flow will be specified after the first payment is done.
b. If the commission is cancelled by the client before completion, the deposit will be initially retained as compensation for time.
c. A partial refund can be discussed, the amount of it will be determined at my discretion and according to the time invested until the moment it was cancelled.By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms of service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
