What should be expected

Terms of Services

  • Price: The price will be discussed and agreed upon before the commission is officially accepted.

  • Pricing: The prices displayed on this website or any other media are merely referential. The price may increase depending on the complexity adn difficulty of the order.

  • Payment: An up-front payment is required to officially accept the commission and to enter the commission queue. Payment plans can be discussed if the commission price is over 200 USD.

  • Project changes: Changes to the prompt and characteristics of the project are acceptable. Extra charges will be implemented accordingly.

  • Delivery Time: An estimate time will be provided while discussing the project. If there are delays on the schedule, it will be informed.

  • Commission Queue: The order in which the commission are done in relation to other commissions in the queue is up to my discretion.

  • Delivery and format: The commissioned artwork will be delivered to the e-mail provided. The format will be .PNG on the versions available.

  • Author rights and usage: I retain the author rights of the piece, unless agreed upon. Therefore, I can be use of the pieces for promotional and displaying purposes.

  • Commissioner rights and usage: The commissioner is able to use the artwork for personal, non commercial purposes only. Unless, agreed upon.

  • Revisions: Revisions will be made at the end of each step in the art process. It may vary depending of the nature of the work flow. The amount and frequency of the revision are at my discretion.

  • Cancelation: Cancelations can be addressed at any point in the artwork process.

  • Refund: After the cancellation a refund can be disccussed. A full re-fund will be only possible if the commission order haven't entered the working stage. From that point, only partial refunds can be address, The amount or percentage retained will be set by my discretion. It will be proportional to the time invested on the piece until the point it was cancelled.

  • AI usage: By no means, no party have the right to use the artworks, products of my own interest or by commission, in any process regarding Artificial Inteligence (AI).

  • Will not draw: Depictions of minor characters in erotic or sexual focused pieces. Gore, overly bloody and violent concepts. Political driven prompts. Kinks or fetish ideas regarding ABDL, scat/feces or snuff/mutilation.
